Introduction	I am a 41 year old wife and mom to four boys ages 14, 5, 3, and 1. Summer 2010 I decided it was time for me to get back into shape. I'm not planning on having any more children, so the excuses to stay over weight and out of shape were thinning, even though I was not. June 25, 2010 I put on the only tennis shoes I had and went out for my first run (more like a walk). Twenty pounds lighter and later I am having the time of my life!
Interests	I am a professional musician, so I love performing. I read, run, blog and spend a great deal of time furthering my children's goals and aspirations.
