Introduction	I'm 54 and single....still. I'm laying the groundwork early for what inevitably and inexorably happens to us all; retirement. This house is one of those stepping stones or possibly even the end of the line. Retirement on the lake....it has a nice ring to it. In any case, when it's done it will be fully paid for and occupied by me, my cat and/or some other lucky individual though not necessarily in that order. Well....that's the 'plan' anyway!
