Introduction	I'm a sports junkie who has moved away from the mainstream. While I root for the NY Giants, Mets, Knicks, Rangers, and UNC TarHeels; I spend my time working on my golf game, staying appropriately fit for surfing and skiing mostly to keep up with my friends, and reading and thinking about the competitive nature of the sports we know and love, about coaching, motivating, competing...the blood, sweat, and tears...the One Shining Moment...the "traditions unlike any other." I hope you'll be able to follow me through the "little things" like hockey's handshake, and hopefully you'll learn to appreciate something like a Dawn Patrol-literally sitting on a board, in the ocean, as the sun comes up.
