Introduction	Hello! I am a self-taught, food-obsessed, health-obsessed chef and naturopath who graduated from Sarah Lawrence College in poetry. My mission in life is to help inspire creativity, peace, health, and initiative for change. A food and health Renaissance is budding and it is our job to cultivate a nurturing habitat for all these changes to grow!
