What kind of tape is best for creating a sculpture?
Papier Mache cuts are iritating. You cut yourself with paper and then get glue in to it, and if you are anything like me you just want to get that layer or paper on to the balloon so you can wash your hands and be done, so therefore you carry on with a sore finger until the end.
