I’ve seen it all, and I’m still here because I truly believe being a principal is the best job on Earth! I’m here to do three things: keep it fun, help kids thrive, and be the #1 fan for my teachers. I believe school leadership shouldn't be a secret society, so I’m opening up my playbook and sharing exactly what I use.
