Introduction	Rebecca Leigh Cardwell Sibley was born December 29, 1955 in Starkville, Mississippi. She graduated with Highest Distinction from Mississippi State University with a B.S. degree in Home Economics emphasis Foods and Nutrition in 1977 and a M.S. degree in Nutrition in 1978. Mrs. Sibley is a licensed registered dietitian. She is married to Daniel Paul Sibley and their children are John Paul (together with his wife Laurie and sons Isaiah and Robbie and daughter, Brynn) and Jennifer.
