Introduction	I studied political science and philosophy in Colombia, where I worked for some years with the government and later as independent consultant. I love teaching, cooking, music and good wine... especially while enjoying conversations with friends. My wife and I are now living in Germany, where I am completing a Ph.D. in economics. _________________________________ Estudié ciencia política y filosofía en Colombia, donde trabajé por unos años en el gobierno y luego como consultor independiente. Me encanta enseñar, cocinar, la música y el buen vino... especialmente al disfrutar conversaciones con amigos. Mi esposa y yo vivimos en Alemania, donde estoy completando un doctorado en economía.
