Introduction	I am a retired engineer, and worked on many design/build projects throughout the U.S., Europe, and Malaysia. I have had the good fortune to eat many things best described as road food. Things eaten with the hands, having a wonderful combination of flavors, textures and smells, and that usually dripped on my shirt.
