| Introduction | I've been an author for 21 years and currently have 17 books published for children and young adults. My YA novel, LUNA, was a National Book Award finalist, a Colorado Book Award winner, and an American Library Association Best Books for Young Adults. My other books include DEFINE "NORMAL", KEEPING YOU A SECRET, BETWEEN MOM AND JO, RAGE: A LOVE STORY, and My newest YA novel, BY THE TIME YOU READ THIS, I'LL BE DEAD. Coming June 1, 2011 is a new novel titled, SHE LOVES YOU, SHE LOVES YOU NOT... Though more a loner than a joiner, I am a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, Pen America, the Authors Guild, and the Colorado Authors’ League. I live with my long-suffering partner, Sherri Leggett, and our bevy of cantankerous cats. |
