Introduction	Welcome to Collaboration Connection, a blog for teachers of grades 3-5. Although originally a Hoosier, I grew up in Manitowoc, WI and have lived in Wausau, WI since 1995. I currently teach 4th grade. This blog was started as my leadership plan for Tier 4. It is so rare we have opportunity to collaborate with each other. My hope is that this will be a space to share resources, strategies, and encouragements with each other to further our professional growth and development as well as use this as a creative outlet and get to know each other better. Various topic interests will be highlighted and if you have something you would like to share on the blog, please let me know. We are on this educational journey together.
