| Introduction | When you spend as much time as I do at the kitchen counter kneading through dough, whipping up frostings, or pouring out another cup of coffee, you start to have ideas. Not just about what you are baking or what you want to bake but about why you bake and why you might spend so much time at this counter space. You start to wonder about what really feeds you. And in those moments when the pie is baking or the dough is rising you have to give those ideas a place to grow. This is that space. The space where I can share and explore the healing that I have found through food and that I want to share with food. |
