| Introduction | Why SewGood you ask? My mother taught me to sew when I was around eight years old. I have been sewing ever since. I have always had a love of fabric and have recently started using the many beautiful organic fabrics that I have found. Where did SewGood come from? My love of sewing combined with my maiden name "Good." By education, I am a teacher. I hope you will find the many techniques and tutorials here useful. My many passions include quilting, hand applique, sewing, embellishing, machine embroidery, reading, camping, cooking and baking, and genealogy. I have lived in Wisconsin all my life. My two children are grown. My son is married and they have blessed me with my very handsome grandson. My daughter is a professional and lives with her equally beautiful Golden Retriever, Daisy. |
