Introduction	I was born in Southern Ontario and raised in Hamilton, no post secondary school education, worked my way up in the steel mill and retired in a sales management position - I've been happily married for 43 years and have two adult children. For over 25 years I've been part of a great group of guys who have hiked the entire Bruce Trail, cycled many routes in Ontario and the Finger Lakes region of New York State and canoed and Kayaked extensively in Ontario. I'm enjoying retirement immensely but I sometimes miss the challenge of the work environment and the interaction I so much enjoyed with my colleagues, customers and competitors.
Interests	Astronomy, Woodworking, Bonsai, Hisory, Science, Politics, The Envirinment, Hiking, Biking, Canoeing / Kayaking, Reading, Travel, Golf and Cooking
Favorite movies	African Queen, Blade Runner, The Last of the Mohicans
Favorite music	An eclectic mix of pop, classical and folk - ABBA would have to be favorite group and Neil Young my favorite artist.
Favorite books	Where to start? Who Has Seen the Wind, The English Patient, Cold Mountain,A Fine Balance, The Stone Carvers, Reluctant Genius, A Thousand Splendid Suns, Stranger in a Strange Land, The Perfect Herresy, A History of Britain - and on and on - too numerous to name!
