| Introduction | My background is in dance & sport aerobics & I still have a big passion for both. I began competing in fitness/figure competitions in 2005 when I was 19. I'm now 25, two years into a university degree (BA psyc/sociology) & run my own business. I offer personal training, training in groups, nutrition services & coaching/choreography for sport aerobics as well as training for bikini, figure, fitness & bodybuilding contests. I have made a lot of progress on my physique since 2005, but am still working on it - probably harder than ever! 2010 has been a great year & I've set higher goals for 2011... can't wait to see what's instore - it's going to be another great year! |
