Introduction	An experienced deal researcher, with an MBA in finance, I have reported on corporate financial news out of SEC documents, and from a variety of sources for about 14 years. Prior to the blog, financial news was reported in www.cyberspaceinvestmentnews.com. I have also researched deal information for deal gift providers Don McDonald & Sons and Icon Recognition and provided research consulting for Admento Promotions.
