Introduction	A few words about myself.... Well, where to begin? My name is Ed, but I guess you've worked that out by now, and i live in Lewes in East Sussex not far from Brighton. I love to play music and am involved in a couple Bands including Dende and Bob Hillary and The Massive mellow. I run an organisation called Movingsounds with my best mate keith. We run education projects incorporating music, theatre and the arts to create positive change in this crazy world we live in. I love adventure and have travelled all over the place in Asia, South America, Europe and Africa but through all the environmental projects that i have been involved in i can no longer be at peace with catching aeroplanes, it being the single most destructive act an individual can do..... so they say. As a result i am living out the dream of carbon neutral slow travel on my bike. I have never actually cycled very far befor so its all new to me. Here Goes..... and now tell me a bit about yourself.
