Height: 6'2" Weight: 198 Accomplished martial artist of 24 years and two black belts in TaeKwonDo and Unified Martial Arts (modernized ninjutsu with integration of many other arts and weapons). Started Crossfit June 2006 and member of the OPT Big Dawg program since the beginning in Dec 2008. Network Security Engineer during the day, full time father/husband in the evenings. Married for 20+ years, have two wonderful kids and the entire family is involved with Crossfit. This is a journey we call life, let's all do it together! |
