Introduction	I read. A lot. I’ve recently ended a long career in bookselling – I don’t miss going in to the store, but I do miss the people and chatting about books. So this will be that. I’ll share some very brief reviews of books I’ve read recently and liked, and read any comments you’d like to make. I don’t see any point in writing about books I didn’t like. Most, but not all, of these will be recent titles. If you see some that you’d like to own, please visit your local independent bookstore or here: Bookshop.org - a wonderful nonprofit online bookseller who has supported independents from before the pandemic began.
