| Introduction | Jennifer’s first foray into chasing the elusive work-life balance came in her second year of Business School at Georgetown University, when she had twin boys. While proving the theory of economies of scale, their arrival, six weeks early and right before finals, was the reality smack-in-the-face she needed to plan her career with her family in mind. She began her career in corporate finance, working in high net worth client management and deal origination and later became a management consultant, working in project management, process improvement and IT Implementation in the public sector. Having “mastered” process improvement and operations, she added another little boy to her family, born around the same time as Momentum Resources. Jennifer runs the Washington, DC area office of Momentum Resources, making connections, building relationships, and putting some of the smartest most interesting women to work with innovative clients. |
