Introduction	Im Louis Yates. I am 27 years old from Chorley, Lancashire. At the age of 16 i started going to the gym and properly started to get fit. By the age of 18 i was properly 'ripped' and was a very active person. As time went by, i bought a house with my fiancee and due to finance and commitment to our home, i stopped going to the gym and as a result, i let myself 'go'. This is a blog to help me and the readers to get back on track.

Favorite music	Rap, R&B, Some Pop, I find that heavy rock music turned up loud though is best for working out too
