Introduction	Hi, I am Ruth Ann. I originally decided to start blogging about my weight loss journey in order to motivate myself. Although my blogs have quickly become a place where I am able to write about the ups and downs I have experienced while losing weight. Losing weight is definitely a journey but I will never go back on the positive changes and choices I have made and continue to make to improve my quality of life.
