| Introduction | About the Author… At 65 years of age Mark-Edward: DeBarbieri RM has reached an unprecedented, but well-earned pinnacle in his life. Circumstances, situations, and events have shaped and formed him in ways unforeseen. A researcher since grade school, and a chance meeting with someone who became a roommate; prompted Mark into the study of law, for which 23 years later, coupled with a latent talent for writing, brought this book to publication. At 65 years of age, I have reached an unprecedented, well-earned pinnacle in my life. Circumstances, situations, and events have shaped and formed me in unforeseen ways. I have been a researcher since grade school, and because of an innate curiosity to gain an understanding and find the truth, in any matter of interest. It was by a chance meeting of someone, who became my roommate when invited to work for a contractor in the State of New-Mexico, and found a particular book, that prompted me to study law and peripheral subjects. These studies, coupled with a latent talent for writing, allowed me to write a few books and write a blog that connected to my first book. |
