| Introduction | Rob and Jessica have been married for almost 12 years, have two biological children and the added blessing of Robs younger sister. Rob works as a website administrator and is also a Navy reservist while Jessica is a stay-at-home mom. Their journey to adoption began in 2008 when they started to try for another child. After several miscarriages and the still birth of their daughter they realized God definitely had other plans for them. In his heart a man plans his course, but the LORD determines our steps. Proverbs 16:9 As Jessica began to pray for God’s will and not her own, her heart was lead towards adoption. By chance she stumbled upon Reece’s Rainbow and her eyes were opened to the plight of orphans – specifically special needs. She brought it up to Rob and after weeks of prayer and thought on his part, he was lead in the same direction. They are all very excited to have their precious little one home where she belongs. |
