| Introduction | I am a Louisiana resident, born and raised in New York till I was 14 years old. We moved to Florida like many did when my father retired. I always thought Florida was the south, it may be a southern state but I now know that's just geography! I made the choice along with my husband JT to move here for the sense of community, way of life and of course the food! It's never a dull moment in "da bayou" and I am ready to share it all!
