Introduction	The picture is NOT of a boat house but it is of the dried fish we used to make. We were in Vietnam in June 2014 and made a trip to my old home town. Much has changed but I some of the old parts are still there. Well, you know what they say about you can't go back.... No fancy pictures or high-brow recipes here.
