Location	Parker, Colorado
Introduction	We have 2 children, Carter(3) and Peyton(16 months). Carter is a great big brother and an awsome child. He is very caring, said his first words at 6mo. and hasn't stopped. He always wants to go to the doctor or the ER with Peyton to make sure Peyton is ok. He has learned to ask before giving Peyton anything to eat. He used to give Peyton bites of everything! Cheese and cookies were his choice of things to give out. Peyton has always had the nickname Mr. Trouble and it still fits in every way! He's fearless, gets told no and laughs at you and keeps on his merry way. He is already pulling chairs over to the fridge and clibming them to push on the water and ice dispenser. We are a relaxed family trying to navigate the stresses of watching every little bite, appointments with Allergists and GI docs (who don't listen very well), full time jobs on opposite schedules, and keeping a balance to life while dealing with a child with FPIES and Fructose Malabsorption.
