| Introduction | I'm a Duluth native, and I've taught English at Marshall School since 1997. I also was the Advisor for the Gay-Straight Alliance (GSA) there for many years. My graduate degrees in English Literature are from SUNY Buffalo, where I specialized in the 19th century British novel and wrote my dissertation on Dickens. Some Books I Reread Frequently: Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy and Smiley's People (John LeCarre); The Sparrow and Children of God (Mary Doria Russell); Turtle Diary (Russell Hoban). Favorite Shakespeare Sonnets: #29, followed closely by #61. |
