Introduction	I don't have any degrees, just a full time athlete with a immense interest in Sport Science. I have several qualifications in fitness and personal training with a non fitness related HNC in Engineer Survey. I come from a cycling and triathlon background before I moved into a winter sports direction seven years ago. Over the last several years I have represented Great Britain on a international level at winter biathlon. Ever since racing at a competitive level I have had a interest in how the body works and what goes on inside when a athlete trains.
