| Introduction | Who am I, and why should you read this blog? I’m an Army veteran (Somalia 93, Afghanistan 02, and Iraq 03 and 08) with deep knowledge of behavior modification and advanced interrogation systems, tracing from MKUltra to its modern offspring: "The Program." Having been wrongfully pushed through the Justice system while still serving our country and only four years from retirement myself, I have firsthand experience with how The Program selects its subjects, utilizing much the same victimology as its predecessor: MKUltra. Based in Watertown, NY area, the birthplace of Allen Dulles, I investigate how his covert legacy still operates today, and how my own case connects to it. Blending a passion for intelligence analysis, legal research, and digital media with hands-on experience in programming, cybersecurity, and AI, I look at these systems through a technical lens. This blog exposes the intersection of technology, power and systemic abuse. Together, we will examine the misuse of mental health systems, unethical experimentation, surveillance tech, information control, and the organized networks that monitor each "subject" for ultimate power and control.
