Introduction	We are gluten free, our son was the reason we started. He's got an intolerance to gluten (we've wanted to get him tested for Celiac's, I was told that you must put them back on all wheat products for the test- we aren't willing to put him through that, so we just go buy our gut--- or rather, his gut!) All our kids are also lactose intolerant, so there's not much dairy either. It's become a way of life for us, our son needs it, so we all do it. We try to make the best of what we can- within our budget. As a mother of 3 and a busy schedule, it's hard to come up with meals, even harder with dietary restrictions!! We hope that this will help inspire others who deal with gluten allergies and intolerances. If you see something I cook with that YOU know has gluten, please tell me!
