Introduction Neil’s first cruise was in 1985. He found himself slightly bored with just sitting around on the beach with little else to do. However, Neil was sold on the economics of a cruise as opposed to an all inclusive resort. In 1987, on a cruise, he noticed things which did not make sense or could be improved. He started to take notes and upon return from the cruise sent a letter to the President of the Cruise Line with his notes and comments. He received a letter from the President which asked what they owed him for his report. Thus began NABA Cruise Consultants, which writes analytical reports on the ships and their operations. His reports investigate over 396 items onboard cruise ships and have been highly regarded for their methodology and procedure. In 1995, NABA Cruise Consultants separated from The Cruise Outlet, with The Cruise Outlet focusing on booking consumers on cruises. The Cruise Outlet maintains the philosophy of not just booking a person on a ship, but putting them on the right ship to fully enjoy the experience. Neil and his team are avid cruisers, thus experiencing what each cruise line has to offer. The Cruise Outlet has a repeat factor of over 77%.
