| Introduction | I'm a die-hard Model Railway enthusiast who has been modelling NSW Railways for a little longer than what I have worked for the Railway. I have a loving devoted wife who supports me whole heartedly with my hobby, not only financially but also physically when she gets the opportunity. I Started modelling and/or collecting trains in December 1976, commenced working on the Railway in January 1977 as a Junior Station assistant at Helensburgh Railway Station in NSW. Started learning on the 14th January 1977, was shocked and upset by the Granville Railway Disaster on the 18th of January 1977 and took up in my position on the 24th January 1977, which made me more passionate for the job. |
