Introduction On Leadership and Accountability: In the words of William Shakespeare “Uneasy lies the head that wears a crown.” Leadership is not for the fainthearted. If you must wear the crown, you must endeavor to wear it well. Not every fight is worth fighting, but fight you must fight, if the need be, to protect the just and what is right. Politically, I am progressive and I support social welfare. In a similar vein, I endorse capitalism and private ownership and creation of wealth. To build a sustainable wealth in any society, the government must provide a favorable investment climate (infrastructural facilities and security) for the entrepreneurs and the geniuses to thrive in what they do best: spending, innovations, and investment. Foreign investors deserve protection from the host government. However, I strongly hold that no nation should sacrifice its sovereign rights or abdicate its lawmaking power in order to accommodate foreign investors or their investments. Education is the best investment gift to a child. Government involvement is sacrosanct. I espouse transparency, freedom of religion, rule of law, and the independence of the judiciary. September 2011

Why Does the Leadership of Third World Countries like to steal public money more than they can actually exhaust in their life time? And why do Governments of the Developed World Sponsor the emergence of Dictators at the helm of affairs in most Third World Countries?
