Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
Well, women don't need men but some like men and the saying does go 'a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle.' Therefore, I would guess that, yes, a fish might like a bicycle. But as with men men, it would probably take the fish a few tries to get it right.
