Introduction	Fifteen years ago my wife died. She was my beautiful partner and constant friend and without her I needed to learn who I was and what my role would now be. I'd always been interested in personal betterment so I started a deep exploration, mostly by reading at first. After digging shallow holes all over the field I eventually came upon some teachings that hit home. I decided to dig deep in that one hole. I spent months, then years, seeing spiritual teachers, inviting and hosting many of them to the Seattle area, my home, and gaining understanding. The result has been a clear understanding of life as it really is, that has brought me the peace and contentment I hope to now share with you. I wish you the best in whatever journey you're on.
