Introduction	I am a stay at home mom, and I basically created this blog to share recipes. I'm sure this blog will extend into other areas of my life. I love to cook, but don't always know what I'm doing. I do lots of research and learn as I go. Many times I am writing these recipes before trying them, so I'm sure I will come back and tweak them as needed. Sometimes I have something in my head and if I simply write it down...well, I'll lose the stinkin' piece of paper! I guess I'm in the technology generation. I find it difficult to be organized with hard copies. I tend to want things typed up and filed away in cyberspace. I don't really know if that's wise, but it's habit. So here I am!
Interests	Spending time with family, taking my daughter (Ana) to the park, cooking, decorating (if only money were not an issue!)

Favorite music	Gospel and worship, Alicia Keys, Etta James
Favorite books	The Bible, books about Ana's development, anthing by Beth Moore and TD Jakes
