Introduction	I'm Tom O'Brien, a retired electrical engineer. BS (Electrical Engineering), Texas A&M; MS (Telecommunications), Southern Methodist U. Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas. I retired after 40 years in industry, including Space Shuttle and Space Station robotics (SRMS, SSRMS). I'm active as a volunteer in youth Robotics programs.
