Introduction | I'm a vegetarian of 23 years! I've participated in the evolution of the many facets of being veg over the years and I've finally settled on a vegan/vegetarian lifestyle. Twenty years ago there wasn't as much culinary variety for us veg-heads as there is now so I became accustomed to developing my own recipes. I've been inspired by the classes I've taken at the George Brown College Chef School's Vegetarian Culinary Arts program. I spent several years volunteering on the Board of Directors of a local animal advocacy organization and I completed half the Environmental Management Program at Ryerson University (until, sadly, this timely program was canceled). |
Interests | I'm finally learning how to drive, I love to cook and I'm always learning new things, and I am planning my next trip to the Caribbean. |
