| Introduction | I've loved the Boston Red Sox for fifteen years now (my hometown team) with an insane passion that is typical for Boston fans. I guess it was inevitable that my husband would trick me into loving the NHL too--he does say I have "an addictive personality". I'm a Ph.D student and am procrastinating on my dissertation by writing about hockey here instead. Work landed us in TX, where no one seems to "get" hockey. Thank goodness for digital cable. |
Your people want to make a statue in your honor. What will it be made out of and what victory will it commemorate?
It will be made out of Twizzlers and will celebrate the Oilers winning the Cup the day I get my Ph.D. We will then eat the statue and sing songs of Scorecoff.
