| Introduction | HELLO, MY NAME IS LAM (yes, like the baby sheep without the b)! I made this blog because I LUB FOOD ! My little sister told me I needed to write these recipes and dishes that I cook down, instead of just taking pictures of them. Also now that my little bro and sis have moved to the EAST COAST and MIDWEST (lol cleveland), they constantly pester me on how to make this and that so why not put it online and stop calling me!! I want to share my passion for cooking. I've learned so much from so many different people about the art of cooking. I personally believe food can tell a story and bring back the greatest memories. I find it so therapeutic, just blocking out all sounds and thoughts and just cook. Especially, if you're TRAPPED IN THE NUT! A little more about me,I am a person who seeks for the “LOLS” in life.I live by my own motto: “IF I MAKE I, I MAKE IT!” <— my very own “YOLO” I live for FAMILY, FRIENDS, and FOOD!!…but don’t we all! I hope you get a laugh, reading about ma lifeeeee and enjoy the food that I love! WARNING- there will be a lot of CAPS(spreading my excitement onto the shift key), and occasional curse words. | Favorite music | BEATLES( I LOVE THEM AS MUCH AS I LOVE BACON), GHETTO BAY AREA RAP AND HIP HOP, CLASSICAL anything from the romantic era CHOPIN, LISZT, I LOVE THE POWER IN RACHMANINOFF, THE GENIUS IN BEETHOVEN, MOZART ehhh, TCHAIKOVSKY(RUSSIAN TRAINED BABYY) , ANYTHING WITH GREAT VOCAL RANGE ( UGHH ADELE, MARIAH BEYONCEEEEE), BRITNEY SPEARS ( I will always love britney..esp chaotic album)...so much more i can go on about but thats just to name a few. |
