| Introduction | I am a passionate foodie! I love cooking and eating and I love seeing kids eat great food! I was a corporate chef for years and now run a business helping families and kids discover (or rediscover!) the joy of good food. I spend lots of time talking to kids in schools about food, run hands on cooking classes, help school canteen managers develop good food menus and talk to parents about nuturing their families with good food at the family table. I also run interactive cooking classes in the home where eveyone gets together and has fun cooking and sharing food. |
