Introduction	Born in 1966 in Siler City North Carolina, Jessica grew up in a single parent home with five siblings. On 14 November 1984, she enlisted in the United States Army and served until she was honorably retired in December 2006. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology and two minors, English and Sociology, and a Master of Science in Education during her active tour of duty in the Army. Jessica discovered her love for writing at an early age and pursed her talent in 2006 with the publication of her first novel entitled, Graduate Detectives. Motivated by her passion, she continues to pursue a career writing novels, screenplays and short stories that inspire and uplift women.
