IntroductionOn Aug. 17, 1987 The New Yorker magazine published an article by Alec Wilkinson, about Jean-Pierre A. Fenyo, a 23 years young sidewalk-based Philosopher who would offer passersby 'Free Advice' holding a sign that read "Free Advice...not qualified to give medical or legal advice, not a mystic or a religion". http://www.thefreeadviceman.yolasite.com . The Free Advice Man resides in the Great City of London, England. He has given advice to powerful, famous and important people like George Soros, Senator Joe Biden, Isaac Asimov, Bill Clinton, Nobel Laureate Writer Imre Kertesz, former V.P.
