| Introduction | I have loved foods and cooking since I was a young girl. I was taken to a cooking demonstration with the girl scouts when I was around 10. It was a moment of self-discovery, a revelation of who I am. I took home the recipes and thanks to Mom, was allowed to make them for the family. I collected more recipes and copied them from magazines during my study hall in high school. I was hooked! I have made and collected many recipes over the last 40 years. It has been a big part of my life. I am 51 years old, been married to my best friend for almost 32 years. We have had 4 wonderful children and are looking forward to grandchildren one of these days. We are almost empty nesters and are looking forward to doing more traveling in the years to come. |
