| Introduction | I live in Minnesota and though I work and play in the music scene, what I really love to do is cook, shop for Scandinavian homegoods and hang around at home with family, friends and my husband, Kent. Using local, fresh ingredients and things I have on hand, I'm turning back the clock and making the favorite recipes I had growing up, but with a modern twist.
