| Introduction | Warren D. Rutgers is an eleven year veteran of investing in real estate, both buying and selling and more recently helping clients achieve their real estate goals as a realtor; with his continuous positive attitude Warren is far from the ordinary. Initially Warren concentrated on buying real estate near Universities as student rentals, then duplexes for single families. He has partnered in commercial building ownership, and in 2009 founded Rutgers Investment Management Inc., a company that buys depreciated property, remodels and sells for profit. Warren recently joined Century 21 Request Realty to share his Real Estate expertise with clients, achieving both top producer and top lister in months of 2011. Warren went to McMaster University achieving his Bachelor of Science. In Hamilton he partnered up to buy his first property, local real estate prices went up, and Warren experienced his first profit in the Real Estate transaction – he was hooked. |
