IntroductionWhen I saw the Southern Cross for the first time, I understood now why I came this way.
Retired SSN ANAV (duh). 1 ship (CVN) and 4 boats: 1 Fish, 1 State, 1 King and 1 City.
North to the Arctic, South to Patagonia. Been on both sides of the Suez just never transited through. Taken the long way between Cristobal and Balboa (Short way, too) and know what the Three Stormy Capes are. Visited by royalty and fled from fishermen. Oh, and NZ is not just the abbreviation for New Zealand!
Now teaching navigation in FL and have come to realize the joys of an 8-hour day!

ANAV's Rule #3: NEVER take your ship to a place your brain has not already been!
InterestsSailing, Skydiving, Homebrewing.

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

Of course...EVERYONE knows that spooning leads to forking.
