| Introduction | On this blog you will read about things that are dear to my heart. I hope to make it a study of life and culture, but mostly a search for truth. I hope you will join me on my journey. I was a minister's daughter from Texas who married a commercial fisherman. My husband, Rob and I soon went into full time ministry. We worked in an orphanage before going to seminary. Rob pastored a church for several years before we went to Romania as missionaries. We spent 10 years there with our two children, Caleb and Grace. I've visited over 20 countries, but always enjoy coming home to Texas. I recently published a book about our time overseas called, "A Step of Faith". Now, we live in a Christian community with both children living close by and happily married. We have 4 beautiful granddaughters. I enjoy writing, gardening, poetry, playing the piano and the dulcimer, singing, children and old folks (since I'm fast becoming one myself). |
