Introduction	I am embarking on a new journey in life, graduate school in Special Education. I am here in Athens, GA and have realized how hard it is to be gluten-free here. I hope to use this blog as a platform to review local restaurants, share recipes, and help others! I want to state that I am GLUTEN INTOLERANT. I have not been tested for celiac. I stay away from gluten, but I do not require that food be made away from a site where gluten has been made as a celiac may necessitate. These are my OPINIONS, I am not a doctor and I do not have a medical education, just life experience!
